There are many resources available to congregations for Officer Training. Below are links to some denominational resources.

 

The Synod of Mid America has an extensive officer training series as part of the Theocademy. It may be appropriate to use multiple videos for a training session, or a session might watch one video per meeting. http://www.theocademy.com/lessons-for-ruling-elders-and-deacons
